Orders may be placed in the following ways:
1. By post to the above address.
2. By telephone on the above number, which may sometimes have an answerphone.
3. By email at any time to the email address above.
Method of payment for orders placed within the UK
1. Payment on receipt of books, by sterling cheque or postal order made payable to Mrs L.Toogood. Those ordering for the first time and those with orders totaling more than £20 may be asked to pay in advance.
2. Please do not send cash.
3. Postage at cost as on parcel. No charge for packing.
4. Books will be sent at cheapest appropriate rate unless otherwise specified.
Method of payment for orders placed outside the UK
1. Payment on receipt of invoice.
2. Payment should be made in pounds sterling by cheque, payable at a UK bank. For non-sterling cheques, please add a conversion charge of £10 for cheques under £10 and £15 for cheques over £100.
3. Postage will be charged at cost and books will be sent at the cheapest printed paper rate unless otherwise agreed.
